Bill helped me sell a house belonging to my aunt’s estate. I live in Kingwood, near Houston; the house was in Bryan. My aunt’s house was old and run-down and I wasn’t sure anyone would want it. Bill met me at the house, picked up the keys, and took over the whole process. We handled everything by email and telephone. Bill organized what needed to be done in Bryan and made sure that we had a successful closing. I was even able to close in Kingwood and FedEx the paperwork back to the title company. Bill deserves the credit for taking a difficult situation and making it a pleasant experience.

Bill Fallwell did an excellent job helping me find a house. As a first time home buyer he helped me feel at ease with the process and he kept me well informed on everything. I appreciate his patience with me as I was very picky and was all over the board with what I was looking for. He also paid attention to a lot of things that I should have been looking at and remembered details about past houses we had looked at and was able to jog my memory. Overall I think the fact that he actually listened to me and was concerned and cared about me as a client is what makes me very happy I chose him as a realtor.
Bill was so helpful in the purchase of a house we are renting to college students. It is the second home that he helped us find. He always kept us informed when the price dropped and we put in an offer at the exact right time. We closed in a record 3 weeks so that we could get it leased before the fall semester began. Since we live in Houston, Bill met contractors at the house for us. He is the best realtor! We would never call anyone else!
